FEEDERBOT — ABB + AIVE + RoboEye complete cell
A packaged cell integrating an AIVE feeder and RoboEye vision on an ABB IRB-1010. From small-part picking to the UI, it runs as a single system.

FEEDERBOT integrates an ABB IRB-1010 robot, AIVE flexible feeder, and RoboEye vision software into one framed cell. It is designed to drop straight onto a line without separately buying and integrating the robot, feeder, and vision.
Vision shows part-recognition results live in the RoboEye UI, AIVE controls vibration and lighting, and the ABB robot receives coordinates to pick. AimFactoryCore relays communication between the three systems through a single interface.
Robot motion can be jogged manually from the teach pendant, and vision calibration and recipe switching are done from the monitor. Verified from small SMD parts to irregular shapes.
