Can you test our parts? +
Yes. We test with your actual part samples and propose the optimal solution. Request it from the contact page.
What part size range is supported? +
Roughly 0.5–150 mm depending on configuration.
What is the recipe changeover time? +
About 10 minutes for AIVE; about 30 seconds for an AimFactoryCore recipe (varies by configuration/conditions).
Under what conditions is ±0.05 mm matching guaranteed? +
Through AimFactoryCore's checkerboard-based calibration workflow, we provide ±0.05–0.1 mm matching in standard industrial environments (excluding distortion correction).
What is the demo test procedure? +
1) Submit part samples → 2) Test and analysis → 3) Propose the optimal solution → 4) On-site demo. It takes about 1–2 weeks on average.
Flexible feeding FAQs

What is a flexible feeder? +
A flexible feeder spreads bulk parts on a surface and, combined with vision, supplies them to a robot in a stable pick position — handling many part types on one machine without dedicated tooling.
How is it different from a bowl feeder? +
Conventional bowl feeders require dedicated tooling per part. A flexible feeder switches between parts via software recipes, making it ideal for high-mix, low-volume production.
Which parts are hard to feed? +
Thin sheets, rubber, springs, and terminals are difficult for conventional feeders. AIM handles them by combining vibration/rotary feeding with vision-based selection.
Can it integrate with our existing line? +
Yes. Vision, robot, and PLC integration lets the feeder fit into existing lines, operated together under one recipe.
