UniFeeder

Unified control of flexible feeder · hopper · lighting

A single feeder control PCB unifies the flexible feeder, UniHopper, and top/bottom lighting. Save and recall per-product recipes from AimFactoryCore.

4-axis linear vibration technology combines gather/spread and up/down/left/right transport plus part flipping in software, creating feeding conditions tuned for vision picking.

Integrated Control

Unified control architecture

One control PCB inside the feeder ties vibration, lighting, and hopper together. It connects to AimFactoryCore over Ethernet (TCP/IP) for recipe-level control.

Feeder Motion

Feeder vibration control

Four-motor linear vibration adjusts part density and feed direction. Gather/spread and up/down/left/right vibration are combined in software.

  • Gather / spread — part density
  • Up/down/left/right — directional vibration

UniHopper

Hopper control

Choose a UniHopper from the same generation (2.0 / 3.0 / 5.0) as the feeder. Vibration, frequency, and time are set in AimFactoryCore and saved together in the recipe.

Vision Lighting

Top & bottom lighting

Adjust top lighting and bottom backlight brightness separately, and combine lighting to create optimal conditions for vision picking.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between UniFeeder and a regular feeder?
Hopper and top/bottom lighting are controlled together through the feeder control PCB and AimFactoryCore. Compared to setups that handle only feeder motion, product changeover and setup become simpler.
Does UniHopper have to match the same number (2.0/3.0/5.0)?
We recommend a generation combination matched to part size and feed volume. 2.0, 3.0, and 5.0 are designed as families with matching feeder platforms and hopper capacities.
How do I check which parts are feasible?
We verify feeding and vision conditions with a part sample test. You can request a demo/deployment consultation via the Flexible Feeding solution page or the contact form.
