AIM × Yamaha Robotics | Smart-manufacturing automation demo (AW2025 COEX)
At the AW2025 Smart Factory & Automation Expo, AIM and Yamaha Robotics demonstrated a smart-manufacturing parts-feeding automation solution based on a flexible parts feeder and machine vision.
The machine-vision system recognizes and aligns part position and orientation in real time, and the Yamaha robot performs precise pick-up based on that data. Through real-time communication between feeder and robot, the setup delivers high-speed, high-precision, highly flexible smart-manufacturing automation.
