From part review to POC, cell installation, and production stabilization — we guide deployment in 4 phases. Timelines, deliverables, and checklists for each step are shared upfront.

PHASES

4 Deployment Phases

These are approximate timeline guidelines. Duration may vary by part and line conditions. After each phase, we decide together whether to proceed to the next.

  1. 1 1–2 weeks

    Part & Requirements Review

    We review vision recognition and coordinate feasibility using part samples. Robot and line conditions are also confirmed to propose a configuration.

  2. 2 2–4 weeks

    POC (Proof of Concept)

    Pick feasibility is verified with actual parts in our cell. Recipe draft and operation flow are confirmed together.

  3. 3 1–3 weeks

    Cell Installation & Setup

    The cell is installed on-site and vision, robot, and feeder are integrated. Coordinate calibration and Recipe registration are completed.

  4. 4 2–4 weeks

    Production Stabilization

    Variations found during initial production runs are absorbed to achieve stable operation. Model additions are handled via Recipe.

Frequently asked questions

How long does initial review take? +
We deliver review results within 1–2 weeks after receiving part samples. If a POC is needed, add another 2–4 weeks.
Can we use our existing robot? +
Yes. AIM absorbs 22+ robot brands through a standard interface. No need to purchase a new robot.
Where is the POC done? +
POC is conducted in our verification cell using actual part samples. Results are shared as video and data.
Can we add models after production starts? +
No need to rebuild the cell. Register the new model conditions as a Recipe and operate on the same cell.
What kind of post-deployment support is available? +
Remote diagnostics, operation checks, and new model Recipe additions are supported. Detailed scope is agreed upon during the deployment phase.
