INTEGRATED OPERATION

With these robots, you don't build a separate robot program

Build it once in AimFactoryCore (vision) and it's applied to the robot automatically. Field engineers run it without knowing robot language.

Frequently asked questions

Can I integrate vision (a camera) with Hyundai robots?
Yes. AimFactoryCore operates Hyundai robots and machine vision together. Vision recognizes part position, orientation, and pose, converts it to robot pick coordinates, and handles pick-and-place, alignment, and inspection in one flow.
Which Hyundai robot models integrate with AimFactoryCore?
We support the HH4 · HH4E · HH7 · HH7E · HH8 (HDF series) 6-axis industrial robots, integrated with Hi6, N20, Hi5a, and S20 controllers. Specs, catalogs, and CAD for each model are in the model catalog.
How do Hyundai robots and the vision system communicate?
Coordinate/pickup communication, DIO/IO signal control, status and variable monitoring, and script editing are all handled from AimFactoryCore's single operating screen. Separate PLC interface integration is also supported.
Can flexible feeding be applied together?
Yes. Vision, robot, flexible feeder, and recipe are tied into one flow to automate everything from high-mix part feeding to pick-and-place. We'll guide the detailed configuration during a consultation.
