IAI Cartesian robot + XSEL — 2-camera precision inspection cell
From rough coordinates to precise corner coordinates with two cameras — inspection-position moves automated.

The first camera images the whole field to get rough position coordinates, and the second camera acquires precise coordinates of the four corners at each position. The robot then moves to the inspection position using those precise coordinates.
We built the robot-program editor and the inspection-corner editor UI ourselves, and the IAI Cartesian robot is fully controlled over TCP communication to the XSEL controller.
This technology is inside our products today
