What part range can it handle?

Precision vision, vibration patterns, and Recipe management combine to handle a wide part range reliably. If one category doesn't fit, we bundle another solution to solve it.

LIMITS

Cases that don't fit well — honestly

Not every part or site is solvable with robot vision alone. Some cases need a feeder combination, or a different configuration is the better fit.

  • Deeply stacked bulk parts

    Deep bin-picking is difficult with 2D vision alone — combine with a flexible feeder for dispersion, or consider 3D vision.

    Lighting and exposure alone may not be enough — part markings, engravings, or a side camera may be needed.

    High-speed single-model lines may suit inspection vision + conveyor automation better — RVA may be over-configured for non-multi-model cases.
